Miguel Lanz

Biography

Dr. Miguel J. Lanz earned his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami. He then pursued an Allergy/Immunology fellowship and conducted research in pediatric and adult allergy and asthma at the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine in Denver, Colorado.

Board certified in both Allergy/Immunology and Pediatrics, Dr. Lanz is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (FAAAAI) and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (FACAAI). He is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Thoracic Society.

Dr. Lanz has authored numerous articles in journals, including Pediatric Pulmonology, Annals of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, and Archives of Disease in Childhood. Beyond his expertise in allergy and asthma, he specializes in the diagnosis and management of various allergic conditions, including sinusitis, eczema, atopic dermatitis, food allergies, urticaria, and reactions to insects, drugs, and contact allergens.
